Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data GymLogic collects, why we use it, who helps us process it and what choices you have.

Data you give us

• Account: your email address, or your Apple or Google sign-in, and the username you choose.
• Profile: an optional profile photo and your app settings, such as units, language and theme.
• Training data: workouts, sets, routines, programs, custom exercises, notes, personal records and body measurements, such as weight, that you log or import.
• Health details: during profile setup, we ask for your date of birth, sex, height and body weight only if you give the separate, optional health-data consent. You can use GymLogic without it. Weight that you log yourself as a body measurement is saved with your training data.
• Support messages: when you contact us from the app, we receive your message, your account email and basic device details: app version, platform, operating system version, device model and language.

Data collected automatically

• Crash reports: when the app crashes, we receive a technical report through Sentry. It is linked to a random installation identifier, not to your name or email, and it does not include screenshots.
• Subscription status: if you subscribe to GymLogic Pro, Apple and RevenueCat tell us whether your access is active and when it ends. We do not receive your payment details.

We do not show ads and we do not sell your data.

How we use your data

• to run your account and keep your data in sync across your devices;
• to calculate your statistics, scores and progress charts;
• to provide GymLogic Pro and check your subscription;
• to answer your support requests;
• to find and fix crashes.

Service providers

We work with providers that process data on our behalf:

• Supabase: sign-in, database and storage of profile photos.
• PowerSync: syncing your data between your devices and our database.
• Apple and Google: sign-in if you choose them, and Apple for payments.
• RevenueCat: managing subscriptions.
• Sentry: crash reports.
• Discord and Resend: delivering support messages to our team.

Data on your device

The app keeps a copy of your data on your device so it also works offline. When you sign out, your account data is removed from the device. The app remembers only your sign-in email and sign-in method so you can sign back in quickly. You can remove them on the welcome screen with Remove this account from this device.

How long we keep data

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your account data, including your workouts, profile, measurements and profile photo. We may keep limited records where the law requires it.

Your choices

• Export: download a copy of your data from the app's settings.
• Delete: delete your account and your data from the app's settings.
• Health-data consent: it is optional. To withdraw it later, contact us.
• Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as correcting your data or objecting to some processing. Contact us to use them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top, and we tell you before important changes take effect.
