Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the GymLogic app and the services that come with it. By creating an account or using GymLogic, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

GymLogic helps you log your workouts, plan your training and follow your progress. Some features are free and others are part of the GymLogic Pro subscription. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

• You need an account to use GymLogic. You can sign up with an email address or with Apple or Google.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• The information you give us should be accurate.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings.

GymLogic Pro

• GymLogic Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Eligible new subscribers may get a free trial on the annual plan. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting your GymLogic account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with how GymLogic works;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
• use GymLogic for anything unlawful.

Your content

The workouts, notes, measurements and other data you add remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide GymLogic to you. You can export a copy of your data from the app's settings.

Health and safety

GymLogic gives you information about your training. It is not medical advice. Estimates, scores and suggestions are calculated from the data you enter and may not fit your situation. Talk to a doctor or a qualified professional before you start a new training program, and stop exercising if you feel pain or discomfort.

Availability

We work to keep GymLogic running and your data safe, but we cannot promise that the service will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, GymLogic is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for injuries that result from your training decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Ending your use

You can stop using GymLogic and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and we tell you before important changes take effect.
